Before Brown: Attended The Potomac School . . . Was a 2005 and 2007 Viriginia Independent School State Meet Champion in the 800 and was also a runner-up in 2004 and 2006 . . . In both 2005 and 2006, Nelson was named an Indoor All-American in the sprint medley relay . . . Will compete in the 800m and the mile for the Bears.
